As the youngest of four, and the only girl in the family, Kelsey Ormonde spent her youth redecorating rooms in her home alongside her talented mother. One of the most notable design projects was turning the family home into a Christmas wonderland where neighbors, friends, and community members were welcomed in for cozy evenings of sipping hot chocolate and visiting by the fire. The annual event, and the months of preparing and designing for it, sparked Kelsey’s joy for creating spaces where people feel the most at home.
While working as a dental hygienist to keep the community smiling, Kelsey designed spaces throughout the Central Valley on nights and weekends. After a decade of successfully designing bedrooms, backyards, and beyond, Kelsey took the leap, making her passion her full-time job.
In 2020, Kelsey Lynn Design was launched and in the short time since then, she has built a talented team and has designed for a long list of clients. From private homes and spas to vacation properties and restaurants, Kelsey’s vision for creating spaces where people can kick back and feel the most at home has proven to be her greatest contribution to her community yet!
