HISTORY OF KAWEAH RIVER ROCK COMPANY Kaweah River Rock Company has been operating at its present location on the Kaweah River Delta since 1966. In the last 36+ years, we have been a major supplier of high quality, low cost rock, sand & gravel to the Visalia and Tulare market area. Since World War II, the Lemon Cove/Woodlake area has supplied over 60 million tons of construction materials for the building and maintenance of Tulare County highways, roads and bridges, homes and schools, and commercial and public buildings.
