The mural highlights Exeter’s first motorcycle police officer, Robert “Red” Anthony. This mural depicts life as it may have been in the late 1930’s and 1940’s. Hidden objects include a reflection of Red’s truck, the initials J.A. and D.M.R. and the date 11-25-40.2
