Your commitment and membership is essential to the Chamber’s mission to support, promote and enable Exeter to prosper. The Exeter Chamber ol Commerce is dedicated to protecting the business climate, and promoting economic, civic and social weHare. We achieve this through economic development, public relations, retail promotion, tourism, civic beautification and community events.

There are many benefits available to you as a Chamber member. You can view a list of them in the toggles below.

The Chamber Ambassadors are the goodwill arm of the Exeter Chamber. Become a Chamber Ambassador and get your company additional recognition among the membership and community. Attend an Ambassador Lunch meeting on the second Thursday of each month at noon, location varies at member restaurants. Come learn how our Chamber volunteers are making a difference in our community.
Chamber members may reserve the Board Room, free-of-charge, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Board Room may be used for meeting and training purposes. Refreshments and meals may be brought in, and we encourage our members to utilize other member’s services.

Members may utilize the Chamber bulk mail permit for promotional mailings. We encourage you to take advantage of the discounted postage rate. Please see the Chamber staff prior to printing your mailing. Some stipulations will apply.

A free service for Exeter Chamber Member Businesses for the first fifty (50) certificates in a calendar year. For each additional certificate processed in the same calendar year, there will be a charge of $15 per use of stamp. Non-member $25 per certificate (or use of stamp).
Email is a great way to share your news!
To utilize this FREE service: send us your digital flyer or write up a simple email promoting a sale/event/news, and email it to us at Or, if you like, use the form below to submit your news. It will be sent out on our 300+ Email list.
The Chamber offers Gift Certificates for 60+ participating member businesses. This is a very successful program and is heavily utilized. The best part is it costs you absolutely nothing and keeps business local.

Gift certificates are purchased from the Chamber (available in amounts of $5, $10 and $20). They are used just like cash at any of the participating Exeter Chamber members. Merchants turn the redeemed certificated into the Chamber office for a reimbursement check of equal value.

The Exeter Chamber of Commerce Website,, is a great resource for people seeking information about the Exeter community and services and draws thousands of visitors every month. The website keeps a current calendar of annual events and a member directory. Our members receive a free alphabetical, categorical listing and a free direct link to your own Website.
Send your message, invitation, promotion or event exclusively to your fellow Chamber members with our membership mailing list on labels. New members will receive their first set of labels free (upon request), a $10 value.

We encourage you to send us information on your promotions, events, sales, etc. It is FREE to share your “Member News” in our monthly newsletter, printed calendar, and online website calendar. Please email your information to before the 15th of the month prior to run.

Chamber members are encouraged to offer exclusive discounts or special promotions to other Chamber members to promote your business and strengthen membership unity. There is no fee for members to participate in this program.
We invite and encourage you to attend our monthly Mixers. They are typically held on the second Thursday of each month from 5 – 6:30 p.m., location varies at local Chamber member businesses. Interested in hosting a mixer?
Call the Chamber today to schedule a date. Invite your customers/friends/family, provide refreshments and the Chamber will do the rest.
Get the Edge on Your Competition – Read your Chamber Newsletter and catch up on the issues and news that affect your business. See Newsletter Inserts and Member News for additional Newsletter promotional opportunities. Newsletter Inserts are due to the Chamber by the 20th of the month, and Member News is due before the 15th of the month prior.
Your company may submit fliers for the monthly newsletter/Chamber.
Simply choose a specific issue (as often as you would like) and print 375 fliers. Your fliers should be size 8 1/2 x 11, feel free to print on both sides. The cost to insert a flier is $35 (non-profit is $30). Every new Chamber member receives a coupon for one free flier insert.

Members are encouraged to display, free-of-charge, promotional materials such as: business cards, brochures, events, and announcements at the Chamber. The office is frequently visited by locals and visitors seeking information.


Black and White copies = .10¢ each (.05¢ each if you provide your own paper). Color = .50¢ each (40¢ if you provide your own paper).


Black and White copies = .25¢ each (.15¢ if you provide your own paper). Color copies = .50¢ each (.40¢ if you provide your own paper).
All Faxes = $1.00 per sheet.

The Chamber is often the first place locals, tourists, and new arrivals inquire about local information. We only refer our Chamber members, and do so on a daily basis. We invite Chamber members to also refer other chamber businesses. Our Chamber encourages everyone to remember the importance of “SHOP LOCAL”.

For no fee at all, the Chamber staff will help you coordinate a ribbon cutting ceremony to showcase your business. Business people, the local newspaper, ambassadors, and other Chamber members will come together. Whether you are a new member, or have been one for a long time, we would be more than happy to help you publicize your important event. With over 3,000 “Likes”, the Chamber Facebookpage is a great way to promote your business, organization and/or event. Be sure to “Like” our page and invite the Chamber to share your information. Only member posts are shared. You will also find the Chamber on Linkedin, andInstagram
