Shannon Schroth returns to her roots as the Executive Director of the Exeter Chamber of Commerce, bringing both professional experience and a genuine connection to the community she once called home.

Raised in Exeter, she understands the value of small-town relationships and the importance of supporting local businesses. After building her career across public agencies, nonprofits, agriculture, and private business, she returns with a broader perspective and a deep appreciation for the community.

Shannon is known for her steady, people-first approach—listening, building trust, and helping create forward movement in a practical and consistent way. Her work has always centered on supporting business owners, teams, and community partners while strengthening the structure behind the scenes.

As Executive Director, her focus is simple: to support local businesses, build strong connections, and ensure the Chamber remains a meaningful and accessible resource for the community.
