Owner/Baker Shandell is the creative force behind Flour Petal Cakes. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California in 2013 she moved to Los Angeles where she worked at some of the best bakeries and cake shops as a custom decorator.

While working in Los Angeles her work was featured on the Food Network. Also, she's made all kinds of crazy cakes for Kurt Russell, the Dodgers organization, Alex Trebek, and many others!

In 2023 she opened up Flour Petal Cakes right here in Exeter. She can't wait to share with you her beautiful and delicious cakes!
